Quintessential Vineyard house and guest house in prestigious Harthaven neighborhood on Farm Pond. 3 large bedrooms and two full baths in 'Frank Lloyd Wright' style main house with huge deck, outdoor shower, cable TV/VCR/DVD and A/C in all rooms. Additional huge bedroom, full bath and kitchen in large guest house accessible from main deck (perfect for large family, two families vacationing together). Water views of Farm Pond and Nantucket Sound. Walk to two (2) private association beaches, private harbor and tennis court. 5 minute walk to jogging and bike path where it is then just a 1/2 mile to the town of Oak Bluffs, State Beach, Lola's restaurant & night club, Farm Neck golf course, etc. House has many amenities including bikes for entire family, two wood burning fireplaces, laundry room, private association tennis, etc. The master bedroom has a king, three closets and a private bath with separate shower. The house is beautifully furnished and bathed in sunlight. Only missing you!

The grounds and garden are extensive and perfect whether daydreaming or planning the day's activities. You can walk to your own private beach or tennis court. You can walk or bike to town or a great local restaurant and night spot. You lounge on the expansive deck and look through dappled sunlight at Farm Pond and Nantucket Sound beyond. Our house is a retreat and our haven. We look forward to sharing it with you and yours.

If you've never been to the Vineyard you are in for a treat. If you coming back you know that there's no place like it. Beaches, tennis, golf, biking, walking, jogging, shopping, dining out, movies, Illumination Night, the Flying Horses carosel, outdoor concerts, Harborfest, fun for kids and adults of all ages. We rented for 8 years before we found the perfect property for our large family. From Harthaven you can walk to quiet private beaches, the energized town of Oak Bluffs, association tennis, great restaurants, the ferry, etc. You can take a yoga class on the beach in the a.m. or paddle your canoe (or ours) out of the Harthaven harbor. Take an outdoor shower and relax, relax, relax. Our house is very special and we're looking for special renters. Because the guest house is included you can vacation with your extended family or friends (under separate roofs) yet only be a 15 foot walk down the deck apart.
