South facing. A 4000-sq.m garden. Large private pool. 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms or shower rooms. Beginning of the rental in April 2014. Finalisation of the garden and decoration. Provencal property close to one of the most beautiful villages of the Val de Cèze. Free view of the valley and the surrounding hills. A 350-sq.m living space. Recent house (2009). Quality amenities, and very comfortable. 2 buildings joined by a large inner courtyard. Main house: ground floor with a large entry opening onto the vast living space (+ than 80 sq.m). Dining room, living room, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. Lounge (20 sq.m), TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi access, toilets, office. Terra cotta floors. Everything overlooking the terrace and the inner courtyard. Upstairs: 5 large bedrooms one of which is a master suite with shower room and walk-in shower. In addition, a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. Separate toilets. Oak floor. Heating and refreshing floors on the 2 storeys. Annex on the other side of the inner courtyard: 2 bedrooms and shower room with walk-in shower. Toilets. Traditional 13 x 4-m pool. Beaches and harbours. A 4000-sq.m garden. Grassing and planting expected on spring.

Spacious house in great landscape
We loved our stay at the house! The pool is huge, and the view is beautiful. The terrace is very convinient. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are spacious. Good storing options in all bedrooms. We just were very surprised that the house wasn't entirely cleaned upon arrival. We finally invested some hours of the first day of our stay and cleaned the kitchen, the living room, the terrace and the staircase. The shelf with the family/kids games was broken and a mess. The housekeeper told us that the people that were in the house before us left it very dirty but they were areas that weren't just dirty from one single group's visit. E.g. the rails into the first floor were sticky. The sofas and the rest of the living room textiles would need a deep cleaning. All this being said, we had a great week in the house and we would recommend it to anyone who'd like to spend a relaxing week with family and friends in this beautiful part of France. There are good shops and (food) markets all around in the area.

Lovely property
We stayed at this property 6 years ago. No updating apart from the pool. Kitchen units starting to look jaded. Very dusty/dusty behind master bedroom door. We had to go out and buy toilet roolk, kitchen rolls, dishwasher tablets and cleaning products etc as few supplied. It's a beautiful house in a stunning setting but for the cost of the holiday sadly we won't be returning. 150 Euro is also a lot for cleaning!

Rêve de Maison de famille
Notre famille réunie pour des vacances exceptionnelles . 14 adultes et 2 enfants . 4 générations de 77 à 1 an . Et tout le monde a trouvé sa place sans se marcher dessus, dans cette spacieuse maison vraiment faite pour la location . Les pièces à vivre immenses, les jeux pour les enfants , les boules de pétanque pour les parties endiablées devant la maison, tout est gentiment mis à dispo . Les 7 chambres sont grandes et toutes équipées de placards . Les 3 sdb super pratiques et spacieuses . Literie et linge de maison de bonne qualité . Belle piscine très bien exposée et équipée de bains de soleil avec coussins etc . Nous avons adoré le grand auvent très large pour accueillir notre grande tablée pour les repas . La Ceze à 2 roues de vélo pour la pêche Et de beaux villages à visiter pas loin . Cette location nous a vraiment convenu parfaitement. Merci René pour l’accueil .

Viel Platz für alle, Räume zum Wohlfühlen, sehr entspannend
Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Platz. Große Zimmer, bequeme Betten; wünschenswert wäre noch eine weitere Toilette (mit Handwaschbecken). Großer Pool, schöner Blick.

Close to the village of the Val de Cèze, this house was recently built with high-quality noble materials. There is a 4000-sq.m land with trees and a 13x4.5 m private pool. You can enjoy the view of the village and the surrounding hills. There are a few shops and the river a few minutes away.
