Situated on large lot, this modern chalet home is a tenth of a mile from sandy beach perfect for children. Clubhouse, bathrooms, and showers are located at beach.

Located in the South Down Shores luxury gated community, renters have access to tennis courts, scenic open spaces, playground, walking trails, marina and magnificent views along 4000 feet of shoreline on Lake Winnipesaukee's Pangus Bay. Two golf courses are within one mile. Gunstock Mountain is nine miles away.

Guests please bring own linens & towels.
