Marina di Palo delightful resort on the coast of Latium north of Rome, overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea to twenty minutes from town and airport of Fiumicino. Near the village of Palo, site of the Etruscan città_porto Alsium who along with Punicum (Santa Marinella) and Pyrgi (Santa Severa) were the three ports of the Etruscan town of Cerveteri. The beach sand iron, known for its therapeutic properties, is located on the promenade of Marina di Palo where alternate facilities, restaurants and areas dedicated to water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and surfing.
