Tradewinds can be rented as a one-bedroom unit with access to just the upper level featuring a living room/eating area/kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. Or, for more space, the whole house can be rented, with access to two levels - one bedroom on each level. The lower level - down an enclosed outside stairway - features another beautiful bedroom with sliders to private balcony, and bathroom with ocean views. This set-up designed for maximum privacy between two bedrooms - each with its own private bath. This set-up is NOT good for small children, as bedrooms are far apart and access between levels is via a covered outside stairway. The choice is yours, one bedroom or two!
