Pretty apartment in old village, balcony/sea view, near beach, Nice

Le Jasmin is a sunny and bright apartment on the second floor of an old village house. In the morning, the sun comes into the bedroom with a double bed, and in the afternoon it floods the living/dining-room and the balcony. The view of the sea is beautiful. The little balcony has room for a café table and two chairs.

The apartment has recently been tastefully renovated and decorated. The living-room offers is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for two and a round dining table for four. The bathroom offers a shower and a wc.

Only minutes away are the many restaurants of the medieval village. A free shuttle bus, that runs every 15 minutes, is conveniently close. There is no parking place that comes with the apartment, but you can park in the streets of the village (for free) or in a secure underground parking lot (42€/week). Grocery shopping is done at the foot of the hill (about 5 min) and the beach is about a 20 min walk away.
